Stand

Stand, a branding and design studio based in Glasgow have produced a lot of printed work that's relevant to my practice. For example, this admissions pack for Edinburgh University below is a colourful and clever idea of using an outer folder to hold printed materials inside that all tie together with the same set design. It is a method I could try out for my recipe brief as ideally I want to attach the mini publication to the Be-Ro products, such as the flour bags, to point buyers towards the full original recipe book and holding a collection of recipes in its own fold out envelope is a way in which I could do that.

Brian Barr Homes Ltd is another example of this folder/envelope idea that could hold the recipes individually.

Braemore property brochure/invite uses the concertina style like the previous design by Purpose which is a clever, simple design that allows the information to flow without turning a page, but is sectioned off by the folds. A recipe per fold would be a good idea and a way of keeping the design flat to attach to the products.
